IMPORTANT MESSAGE from Mrs. Worley

Dear Families, My highest priority is to provide transparent communication to our community and to work collaboratively with all of our stakeholders. To that end, I am sharing important information I received this evening from DCSO.  DCSO has been informed that there is the possibility of a peaceful protest tomorrow at Lockheed Martin.  At this time, we do not know what time or if, in fact, this Lockheed Martin location will be impacted. As a result of this event, DCSO plans to provide a stronger sheriff presence throughout the day. Given the information DCSO provided, we plan to operate under business-as-usual protocols, with one caveat. Juniors and seniors will not be allowed off campus at lunch. We would like to prevent any interaction with the media and protesters.  As always, we remain continuously prepared to implement Standard Response Protocols.
