SVA on 90 Minute Delay 1/07

Dear Families,

Tuesday, January 7th, we are on a 90 minute delay.  

1. The 90 minutes is calculated from the start of the school day. So, PreK and ES would start at 9:50 AM (drop-off begins at 9:30 for ES students) and MS and HS would start at 9:30 AM (drop-off begins at 9:10 for MS and HS students).
2. AM BASE will begin at 8:30 AM.
3. PreK and ES will pick up their day’s schedule at 9:50 AM. 
4. MS and HS will follow the delayed start schedule.  (The link is the MS Late start schedule. The HS schedule is very similar.) 

As a commuter school, we recognize that a variety of weather conditions will exist for our families. If SVA is open, but you deem that your area presents unsafe travel conditions, your absence will be excused per district policy. However, please still follow our attendance protocols and notify us of your decision.
