This is my 3rd year at SkyView Academy and my 18th year as a teacher. I have taught English, Reading, and ESL to elementary students through community college levels. I started at SVA as a member of the English Language Development (ELD) team and last year transitioned to the high school English department. This year, I will be teaching Rhetoric and two concurrent enrollment courses (ENG 1021 and Lit 1015) through Arapahoe Community College. I am very excited to work with the seniors on their capstone projects! In my free time, I like to go hiking with my husband and three daughters.

College/University: I received my BA degree in English from Colorado College and my MA degree in Education from the Ohio State University. I received my ESL endorsement from the University of New Mexico.
