Hello! I'm excited to be in the Middle School Math Department, as math has always been my favorite subject. This will be my 3rd year teaching. Before joining SVA, I worked in the staffing, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries and substituted at SVA. I have a BS in Biology from the University of Maryland and a BS in Accounting from Linfield University. I’m married with 2 children. My son is in 7th grade, and my daughter is a 3rd grader at SVA. When I’m not at school, I’m busy cheering on my kids at their sports activities. I also enjoy traveling to the ocean and the mountains, watching a great TV series, and settling in with a good fiction or non-fiction book.
