If you search for Adam Fiedor on the internet, you will find that I am an investment banker who works with business owners and entrepreneurs on transitioning their companies to new ownership. You may even run across the fun fact that I previously worked on Wall Street and have a history of consulting with boards of directors with strategy planning, financial analysis, and mergers & acquisitions. If you dig far enough, you may even find that I am an advisory board member and regular guest lecturer for the University of Denver Reiman School of Finance. I also happen to have studied at the University of Denver as well as Harvard Business School. I previously served on a non-profit board – Cottonwood Institute.
What you will not find on the internet is that I am the first-born son to Polish immigrants who raised me in the south Chicagoland area. As a teenager, I had a colorful past and have made mistakes along the way. I am not perfect, but I succeeded in being the first of my immediate family ever to finish college. Along the way, I fell in love with a woman that is out of my league, Barb Fiedor, who keeps me honest and on my toes. We are raising three wonderful SkyView students – Lukas, Kaija, and Savannah – who continue to surprise me in good ways and test my patience.
My kids have asked me why I want to be a director. Secretly, they believe that I am doing this, so I have direct access to their teachers to spy on them. My public answer to them is that I want to help SkyView become the best, pay it forward because someone has to, and be a great example to all of our kids.

My name is Bobby Kochakkan, and I am honored to call Colorado my home for much of my life. I am an avid sports fan and love our hometown teams and cannot wait for the next Superbowl run for our Denver Broncos. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing in 2001 and have been working in the healthcare field as a finance coordinator for Kaiser Permanente / The Colorado Permanente Medical Group for the last 17 years. My wife and I currently reside in Highlands Ranch where we raise our fun-loving, energetic 11-year-old boy who has been part of the SkyView family since kindergarten. Over the last 7 years, I have had the privilege to participate in the Watch D.O.G.S. program, help facilitate classroom parties’, serve on the SAAC committee, and tag along as a chaperone on many field trips. These opportunities have allowed me to see how truly amazing SkyView is and make me believe in the impact we can have in our district. My deepest passion is that I would live a life that is worthy of my calling, and I believe the future is built on the foundation of today. Each one of us believes that our children have enormous potential and a fantastic opportunity to be the next great generation. There is no greater responsibility on us as parents than to build into the lives of our children so that they can become the leaders of tomorrow. I stand for character and integrity and believe that I can bring a perspective that highlights the passions carried by our parents coupled with ideas that will make SkyView the leader in the district. I look forward to partnering with you in being your voice as we together make SkyView Academy the absolute best school in the district and be that beacon of light in our community.
