SkyView graduation requirements exceed expectations of most Douglas County high schools. 0.5 credit is awarded per semester of course completion. Students are expected to complete 40 hours of service per school year.

SkyView Academy does not rank students.

All classes are taught at a rigorous level. Students also have the option to enroll in honors and AP level classes.

SAT SCORES – CLASS OF 2020

Of 85 students tested in 2019 the average mean total score for SVA juniors was 1184, compared to the district average of 1083 and state average of 1000.

AP COURSES

In 2018, 93 students took AP exams in 10 content areas. The average mean score was 3.25, compared to the state average of 2.94 and national average of 2.87. Mean scores for each test are listed below. Admission to AP classes requires teacher approval. SkyView offers the following AP courses:
